Background
For two decades, I've worked across telecommunications, banking, healthcare, and education to strengthen the technology that people rely on every day. I earned my master's in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University in 2019, then joined the Illinois Attorney General's Office in 2021, where I rose to Deputy Chief Technology Officer. In 2023, I became the first Chief Information Officer at the Illinois State Board of Education, leading statewide efforts to equip more than 800 school districts with dependable, student-centered technology.
I'm currently completing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration. What drives me is simple: building resilient teams and creating systems that stay standing when it matters most.
