   • +I direct how our systems are designed, built, run, and supported, with a staff of more than 110.
   • +I built a cybersecurity team and put application-security rules in place for our developers.
   • +I work with people inside and outside the agency to deliver technology they can count on.

   • +I managed the project-management and application-development leads while watching budget and schedule.
   • +I wrote an IT plan to cut duplicate applications and set standard ways of working.

   • +I helped move staff from Remote Desktop Web Access to VMware Horizon.
